NovexPlay and NovexQ are operated by Novex Communications Pvt. Ltd. ("Novex", "we", "us"). NovexPlay provides licensed background music to venues; NovexQ lets customers at participating venues request songs on a pay-per-song basis. By using the service you agree to these terms.
At a participating venue you may request a song by selecting it and paying the per-song price set by that venue. A request is confirmed only after payment is successfully authorised by our payment partner. Songs are added to the venue's queue and played at the venue's discretion subject to availability, suitability and licensing.
The price per song is set by each venue and shown to you before you pay. The total payable is displayed on the payment screen. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by CCAvenue, a third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your use of the gateway is also subject to CCAvenue's own terms and privacy policy.
All music is played under licence. The NovexPlay and NovexQ names, marks and software are the property of Novex Communications Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or used without permission.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Novex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where a paid request is skipped or never plays, your remedy is limited to a refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
